Guess this means I get a power washer, wait for a dry spell and roll on impermeabilizante - probably Fester. Fester was quoted at about 1200 a cubeta. A cubeta will do about 20 meters in 2 coats. My roof is about 110 sq meters. An unexpected cost and work

So sorry to hear this. My husband put on what he called loseta on the roof top so that the rain would not seep through. He kept telling me it had to be done before it rained or the roof would become damaged.
Our roof is the common bobeda.
Losetas are just floor tiles. Maybe the same as my tacata tiles? The only thing I accomplished with them is the slope we added and extra insulation with the added thickness. Did nothing for water
